We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Electric Vehicle (EV) Trainer to provide classroom and hands-on training to engineering students in colleges and universities. The trainer will be responsible for delivering industry-oriented training on Electric Vehicle technology, battery systems, power electronics, electric powertrains, charging infrastructure, and EV diagnostics.
The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge in Electric Vehicle systems and excellent teaching and communication skills to prepare students for careers in the rapidly growing EV industry.
Experience required :- Minimum 2 years.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver theoretical and practical training on Electric Vehicle technologies.
- Teach EV architecture, components, and system integration.
- Conduct laboratory sessions on EV motors, battery management systems (BMS), controllers, and charging systems.
- Train students on battery technologies, energy storage systems, and charging infrastructure.
- Demonstrate EV assembly, maintenance, troubleshooting, and diagnostics.
- Develop lesson plans, presentations, laboratory manuals, assignments, and project guides.
- Guide students in EV-related mini projects, major projects, and research activities.
- Prepare students for internships, industrial training, and placement opportunities.
- Organize workshops, technical seminars, hackathons, and industry interaction sessions.
- Maintain EV laboratory equipment, tools, batteries, and testing instruments.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies, government policies, and industry standards related to electric mobility.
- Coordinate with faculty members and industry partners for curriculum enhancement.
