*Job Title*:Service Engineer / Repair Engineer
*Job Summary*
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Service Engineer to diagnose, repair, maintain, and service equipment/machines at customer sites or in-house. The candidate should have strong technical troubleshooting skills and the ability to provide timely support to ensure customer satisfaction and minimal downtime.
*Key Responsibilities*
Diagnose faults and repair mechanical/electrical/electronic equipment.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
Install and commission machines/equipment at customer locations.
Attend breakdown calls and provide timely resolution.
Maintain service reports, repair logs, and documentation.
Coordinate with customers regarding service schedules and spare parts.
Ensure proper functioning and testing after repairs.
Support customers with technical guidance and machine operation.
Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements.
Follow safety procedures and company standards during service activities.
Required Skills
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, or electronic systems.
Ability to read technical drawings/manuals.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Basic computer knowledge for reporting and documentation.
Willingness to travel for field service work.
*Qualification*
Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related field.
Relevant certification in servicing/maintenance is an advantage.
*Experience*
Fresher or 1–5 years of experience in service engineering, maintenance, or repair work.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
