Job Title: Platform Engineer
Location: Gurugram/Chennai (Onsite)
Key Responsibilities –
- Design, build, and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure.
- Develop and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and Azure Bicep to automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration.
- Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure deployments and platform automation.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize cloud infrastructure to ensure high availability, reliability, and performance.
- Develop automation scripts and tools using Python to streamline operational tasks, deployments, and system maintenance.
- Design, manage, and optimize SQL databases, ensuring performance tuning, backup, recovery, and security best practices.
- Collaborate with development, DevOps, and security teams to deliver reliable and scalable platform solutions.
- Implement infrastructure security controls, identity management, and compliance standards across cloud environments.
- Manage networking components, including VNets, subnets, NSGs, load balancers, private endpoints, and DNS.
- Configure and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights.
- Perform root cause analysis and resolve infrastructure-related incidents in production and non-production environments.
- Ensure infrastructure follows best practices for scalability, disaster recovery, cost optimization, and governance.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and standard operating procedures.
- Continuously evaluate emerging cloud technologies and recommend improvements to enhance platform capabilities.
Mandatory Technical Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Infrastructure Engineering.
- Expertise in Terraform and Azure Bicep for Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure cloud services and architecture.
- Proficiency in Python for scripting and automation.
- Strong experience with SQL, including database administration, optimization, and querying.
- Experience with Git, Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud security best practices.
- Understanding of networking, identity management, monitoring, and cloud governance principles.
Pay: ₹1,800,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
