Core Responsibilities
- Plan and implement projects and programs that align with the organization’s mission and objectives
- Oversee fundraising efforts and generate resources necessary for the functioning of the NGO
- Prepare and manage budgets, ensuring resources are used efficiently
- Train and supervise staff to deliver effectively.
- Coordinate with board members, staff, volunteers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
- Collaborate with governments, community groups, and other NGOs to maximize the reach and impact of the organization
- Communicate effectively with the public, donors, and media representatives to increase awareness of the NGO’s work
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Monitor, evaluate and report on project and program effectiveness and impact
- Develop strategic plans for the sustainability and growth of the organization
Qualifications
- Experience: 3–5+ years in NGO operations or administrative management.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Social Science, or related fields.
- Skills: Strong leadership, proficient in MS Office and ERP/financial systems, excellent communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Competencies: Ability to visit various projects in North and South Goa and to work under pressure, cultural awareness, and experience working in multicultural teams.
Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
