Job Description
We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Sales & Marketing Officer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, promoting our courses and services, following up with prospective students, and achieving admission and sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through online and offline marketing activities.
- Promote courses, training programs, and institutional services.
- Handle student enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, social media, and direct interactions.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Achieve daily, monthly, and yearly sales/admission targets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with students, parents, schools, colleges, and other institutions.
- Conduct school/college visits and participate in promotional activities.
- Support social media and digital marketing campaigns.
- Organize and participate in seminars, workshops, career guidance programs, and promotional events.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, conversions, and admissions.
- Monitor competitors and identify new marketing opportunities.
- Coordinate with the admission and counselling teams.
- Prepare regular sales and marketing reports.
- Take initiative to develop new strategies to increase enquiries and admissions.
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Ability to handle calls and follow up with leads effectively.
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, education, or business development is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication and a strong interest in sales may also apply.
Salary & Incentives
₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month + Performance-Based Incentives
Additional incentives will be provided based on achieving sales/admission targets.
