About the Internship
We are looking for enthusiastic and hardworking interns who are interested in building a career in E-commerce and Digital Marketing. This internship provides hands-on exposure to leading online marketplaces and real seller accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing seller accounts on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and JioMart.
- Support product listing creation, catalog updates, and content management.
- Monitor inventory, sales performance, ratings, and account health.
- Assist in marketplace advertising and promotional activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams for catalog, operations, and customer support.
- Prepare reports using Excel and Google Sheets.
- Resolve basic listing issues and support tickets.
- Maintain accurate data and documentation.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduation Pursuing or Completed.
- Candidates must be from a Technical Background (B.Tech, BCA, MCA, B.Sc. IT, Diploma in Technical Streams, or equivalent).
- Strong academic record with excellent performance throughout academics.
- Good understanding of computers and internet-based platforms.
- Fast and accurate typing skills.
- Basic knowledge of Advanced Excel, Google Sheets, and data management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of E-commerce marketplaces.
- Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central or Flipkart Seller Hub.
- Understanding of digital marketing concepts.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
