We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the end-to-end product strategy, roadmap, and execution for our platform, operating system, and AI-powered on-device assistant.
The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with exceptional product thinking to transform complex systems into intuitive, user-centric experiences.
This role will work closely with founders, engineering, design, and external partners to define product vision, prioritize initiatives, and deliver innovative solutions that delight users.
Key Responsibilities
# Own the end-to-end product strategy, roadmap, and execution across the operating system, on-device AI assistant, and platform.
# Define product vision, priorities, and feature roadmap based on business goals, customer needs, and market opportunities.
# Translate complex technical concepts into intuitive, user-friendly product experiences by collaborating closely with engineering and design teams.
# Define product capabilities, workflows, and system guardrails to ensure reliability, usability, privacy, and trust.
# Conduct user discovery by engaging with developers, enterprise customers, and privacy-conscious users to gather insights and identify opportunities.
# Convert research findings into detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
# Establish product success metrics, monitor performance through analytics, and make data-driven product decisions while balancing user experience and product craftsmanship.
# Prioritize product features, enhancements, and releases based on business impact, technical feasibility, and customer value.
# Work closely with engineering teams throughout the product development lifecycle, from concept to launch and post-release improvements.
# Coordinate product launches with internal stakeholders, hardware/OEM partners, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful market delivery.
# Partner with founders and leadership to align product direction with the company's long-term vision.
# Drive continuous product improvements through customer feedback, competitive analysis, and emerging technology trends.
# Build and refine product management processes, including discovery, prioritization, documentation, release planning, and product governance.
Required Qualifications
# Strong technical understanding of operating systems, desktop applications, software platforms, AI technologies, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
# Ability to understand technical specifications, architecture documents, system logs, and engineering design documentation.
# Excellent product strategy, roadmap planning, prioritization, and decision-making skills.
# Strong experience in writing PRDs, product specifications, user stories, and other product documentation.
Preferred Qualifications
# Experience building developer tools, software platforms, AI assistants, agentic AI, or productivity products.
# Familiarity with Linux, desktop operating systems, cybersecurity, or privacy-focused technologies.
# Experience delivering on-device or local-first AI solutions rather than cloud-only AI products.
# Exposure to hardware integration, OEM partnerships, or coordinating large-scale product launches.
# Knowledge of Agile/Scrum product development methodologies and modern product management tools.
