Position: Telecaller
Experience: Fresher / 0–2 Years
Location: Dwarka Sector 26, Bhartal (near Yashobhoomi Dwarka Sector 25 Metro Station) / Work from Office
Timings: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
About the Role
We’re looking for a confident and friendly telecaller who can connect with people over calls and explain our services clearly. If you’re someone who enjoys talking, convincing, and helping customers, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
- Make outbound calls to leads and potential customers
- Explain services and offerings in a simple and clear way
- Follow up with interested leads
- Maintain call records and update data properly
- Handle basic customer queries
What We’re Looking For
- Good communication skills (Hindi/English)
- Confidence while speaking on calls
- Basic understanding of sales or customer handling
- Ability to handle rejections and stay motivated
- Basic computer knowledge
Good to Have
- Prior calling or sales experience
- Experience in lead generation or tele-sales
