We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Telesales Executive to drive sales and customer engagement for our E-Pharmacy platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers, promoting pharmacy products and healthcare services, assisting with prescription and medicine orders, and achieving sales targets through effective telephonic communication.
The role requires excellent communication skills, customer service orientation, and the ability to build trust while maintaining compliance with healthcare and pharmaceutical guidelines.
Key Responsibilities: Sales & Customer Acquisition
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote medicines, healthcare products, wellness supplements, and pharmacy services.
- Convert leads into active customers and drive order placements.
- Follow up on inquiries, abandoned carts, and pending orders.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable healthcare and wellness products.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular follow-ups.
- Educate customers about available offers, discounts, subscription plans, and loyalty programs.
- Address customer concerns and provide prompt resolutions.
- Ensure a positive and seamless customer experience.
Order & Prescription Support
- Assist customers with medicine orders, prescription uploads, and order tracking.
- Coordinate with the pharmacy and operations teams to ensure timely order processing.
- Follow up on prescription verification and order completion.
- Guide customers through the website and mobile app ordering process.
Lead Management & Follow-Up
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Track leads, conversions, and sales activities.
- Re-engage inactive customers through targeted calling campaigns.
- Generate repeat business through customer retention initiatives.
Product Knowledge & Compliance
- Stay updated on pharmacy products, healthcare categories, and company offerings.
- Communicate product information accurately and responsibly.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Avoid making unauthorized medical claims or treatment recommendations.
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain daily call logs and sales activity reports.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as call volume, conversions, and customer retention.
- Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends.
Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate in any discipline; healthcare, pharmacy, life sciences, or business backgrounds are preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, customer service, or inside sales.
- Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, wellness, insurance, or e-commerce industries is an advantage.
- Familiarity with CRM software and telecalling systems is preferred.
