We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst / Data Analyst to support the development of a strategic internal data solution. This fully remote role will play a key part in enabling our sales organization with data-driven insights, scalable data models, and intelligent analytics tools to drive commercial growth.
You will work closely with business and technical stakeholders, act as a subject-matter expert on data models and pipelines, and help translate business needs into robust analytical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into data and analytical solutions
- Design, understand, and work with complex data models (canonical, shared, and medallion architectures)
- Contribute to the development and optimization of ETL pipelines and data workflows
- Serve as the go-to data expert within the team, providing guidance and support
- Collaborate with sales and business teams to deliver actionable insights
- Ensure data quality, consistency, lineage, and historization across datasets
- Support continuous improvement of internal data platforms and tools
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst and/or Data Analyst
- Experience with data modeling, including:
- Medallion Architecture
- Canonical Data Models
- Shared Data Models
Hands-on experience with ETL and data processing tools, such as:
- dbt
- Alteryx
- Airflow
- Microsoft Fabric Pipelines
- Logic Apps
- Power Automate
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new business data models
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
