Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, achieving revenue targets, managing client relationships, and driving overall business growth. The Sales Manager will play a key role in expanding market presence and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Roles & ResponsibilitiesSales Strategy & Business Development
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business goals.
- Identify new business opportunities, markets, and customer segments.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into long-term customers.
- Prepare and execute sales plans to maximize revenue growth.
Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
- Assign sales targets and monitor individual/team performance.
- Conduct regular training sessions and performance reviews.
- Build a high-performing and goal-driven sales culture.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Handle key accounts and resolve customer concerns effectively.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
Sales Operations & Reporting
- Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare reports for management.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Ensure proper documentation and CRM management.
Coordination & Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing and operations teams to align business objectives.
- Coordinate promotional campaigns and sales activities.
- Support product launches and market expansion initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales management or a similar leadership role.
- Strong understanding of sales techniques and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
