About the Role:
Senior backend developers are responsible for building the back-end of a website or application.
They’re often tasked with creating and maintaining databases, server-side programming, and
other technical tasks that support the front-end design created by their team. He/she may also
be responsible for ensuring that all code is running smoothly and efficiently. This might include
debugging programs to find and fix any errors that arise during normal operation.
Someone who can help us in co-creating product vision and roadmap along with Product
Managers. You’ll be part of a cross-functional team that’s responsible for the full software
development life cycle, from conception to deployment.
Strong understanding of Core JavaScript, HTML, CSS and Relational Database is critical for the
role
Responsibilities :
- Manage and collaborate with a team of developers to help build high performingproducts
- Work closely with the product team and ensure timely delivery of agreed features and enhancements
- Design, build, and maintain high performance, reusable, and reliable APIs.
- Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the APIs.
- Maintain the AWS infrastructure, security, performance and up-time.
- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
- Help maintain code quality, organisation, and automatization.
- Helping the team members and guiding them for the right design and implementation.
- Working with frontend developers to ensure that the application is compatible with all supported platforms.
Skills
- JavaScript and NodeJs
- HTML, CSS, and JQuery.
- Database – MongoDB, MySql.
- Data Structures, Algorithms, Design Patterns.

Experience
- 5+ years of experience in application development roles in Javascript as a full stack developer.
- Must have 2 years of experience in managing and guiding developers.
- Must have 4 years of experience in node.js
- Should have 3 years of experience in React JS / Angular JS.
- Should have 4 years of experience in MongoDB and MySQL.
- Product Company background is a plus.
- CRM Company background is a plus.
- Startup experience is also a plus.
Qualification:
- Education : A full-time B.E/ B.Tech Degree from a recognized university
