Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Telecaller to handle outbound and inbound calls, generate leads, explain products/services, and maintain healthy customer relationships. The candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to persuade customers professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
- Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally
- Explain company products/services clearly
- Generate leads and schedule appointments
- Follow up with customers regularly
- Maintain customer database and call records
- Resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently
- Coordinate with sales and support teams when required
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
