Key Responsibilities:
· Hire Field Sales Executives PAN India
· Source CVs from multiple job portals and databases
· Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective candidates
· Engage, convince, and screen candidates over calls
· Conduct initial HR interviews and shortlist suitable profiles
· Coordinate and line up telephonic/virtual interviews with respective HODs
· Maintain candidate records, documentation, and trackers
· Handle background verification and joining formalities
· Draft and send offer letters
· Manage post-recruitment operations and follow-ups
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
