We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Academic Counselor to guide prospective students in selecting suitable courses and training programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for counselling students, understanding their career goals, and assisting them throughout the admission process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel prospective students regarding available courses and career opportunities.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable training programs.
- Follow up with inquiries through calls, emails, and messages.
- Assist students with the admission and enrollment process.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and student interactions.
- Achieve admission and enrollment targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth student experience.
- Provide timely updates and support to students.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport with students and parents.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
- Experience in academic counselling, admissions, sales, or customer service is preferred. (Freshers with good communication area also welcome)
