Key Responsibilities
- Design marketing materials including brochures, flyers, banners, posters, and presentations.
- Create digital assets for websites, social media, email campaigns, and online advertisements.
- Develop and maintain brand identity across all communication channels.
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns.
- Edit and enhance images, illustrations, and graphics.
- Prepare final artwork for print and digital production.
- Stay updated on industry trends, design tools, and best practices.
- Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
- Ensure consistency in design, messaging, and brand representation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in graphic design or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong knowledge of typography, color theory, layout design, and branding.
- Experience with design tools such as Figma, Canva, or Sketch is a plus.
- Excellent creativity, communication, and time-management skills.
- Strong portfolio showcasing design projects and creative abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Motion graphics and video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- UI/UX design knowledge.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS.
- Photography and image editing skills.
