Sales Assistant: Responsible for supporting the sales team by identifying potential customers, generating enquiries, preparing quotations, and following up with customers to convert enquiries into orders. Maintain strong customer relationships, coordinate with production and dispatch teams for timely delivery, handle customer queries, update sales records, and prepare daily sales reports. The role also involves assisting in business development, achieving sales targets, and promoting the company's rubber moulded products in a professional manner.
