Job Title: Personal Assistant (PA)Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support daily administrative and personal tasks. The ideal candidate will manage schedules, handle communications, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations for the employer.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and organize calendars, appointments, and meetings
- Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the employer
- Arrange travel, accommodations, and itineraries
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents
- Maintain records, files, and confidential information
- Run personal errands and assist with day-to-day tasks
- Coordinate events, meetings, and special projects
- Remind the employer of important tasks and deadlines
Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Relevant experience in administrative support or personal assistance
Work Environment
- May be office-based, remote, or hybrid
- Flexible working hours may be required
