Job Summary
Tech EHS Solution is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented HR Executive – Talent Acquisition to manage end-to-end recruitment activities and lead the recruitment team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving hiring initiatives, ensuring recruitment targets are met, and guiding team members to achieve organizational hiring goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple positions across the organization.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media platforms, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates.
- Manage offer rollouts, salary negotiations, and onboarding formalities.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
- Maintain recruitment databases, trackers, and hiring reports.
- Monitor recruitment KPIs and ensure timely closure of open positions.
- Handle and supervise the recruitment team, allocate tasks, and monitor performance.
- Provide guidance, training, and support to team members to improve recruitment effectiveness.
- Conduct regular team reviews and ensure achievement of hiring targets.
- Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
Required Skills
- Strong expertise in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment.
- Experience in team handling and performance management.
- Excellent communication, interviewing, and negotiation skills.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office, recruitment portals, and LinkedIn sourcing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition.
- Prior experience in leading or mentoring a recruitment team is preferred.
Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
