We are looking for a Content Writer to produce high-quality documentation that contributes to the overall success of our products/services. You will work collaboratively with developers, quality engineers, product managers, and usability experts to make our products/services easier to use.

Writing easy-to-understand user interface text, online help, and developer guides.

Creating and maintaining the information architecture.

Writing or revising the supporting content for products/services.

Editing material prepared by other writers or staff.

Incorporating animation, graphs, illustrations, or photographs to increase users’ understanding of the material.

Selecting appropriate mediums, such as manuals or videos, as messages for the audience.

Standardizing content across platforms and media.
-
Collecting user feedback to update and improve content.

Creating strong content that fulfills company standards and audience goals.

Utilizing a variety of media forms including images and charts.

Analyzing current content and making improvements as necessary.

Preparing or commissioning graphics and illustrations to elaborate on or complement technical writing.

University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent preferred

Proven working experience in technical writing of software documentation

Excellent written skills in English

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Basic familiarity with the SDLC and software development

Ability to deliver high quality documentation paying attention to details

Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures

Basics of JS and understanding of APIs
