Devi Scans Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Technical Manager – Laboratory to oversee and monitor the laboratory operations across our branches.
The ideal candidate should possess an B.Sc. MLT, DMLT, or an equivalent qualification with substantial experience in laboratory operations and quality management. The Technical Manager – Laboratory will be responsible for monitoring the performance of all laboratory branches, conducting regular branch visits, ensuring adherence to NABL standards, quality control protocols, and statutory guidelines.
The role includes supervising laboratory staff, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of test results, monitoring internal and external quality assurance programs, coordinating preventive maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment, maintaining inventory of laboratory reagents and consumables, providing technical guidance and staff training, resolving technical issues, and implementing corrective and preventive actions to improve laboratory performance.
The candidate should possess strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, along with proficiency in laboratory information systems (LIS) and basic computer applications. The position requires extensive travel to all assigned branches for periodic inspections, audits, technical support, and performance monitoring.
Candidates must be willing to travel extensively across all branches. Travel Allowance (TA) and other eligible travel expenses will be provided separately as per the Company's policy.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
