Position Overview
We are looking for a strong communicator and aggressive closer who can:
- Handle and lead a team of telecallers
- Improve daily lead conversion ratio
- Train team in strong speech & objection handling
- Ensure maximum patient enrollment
- Maintain discipline, follow-up system & reporting
This is a target-based leadership role focused on conversion performance.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Lead & manage telecaller team (5–15 members)
✔ Monitor daily calling performance & conversion %
✔ Train team on strong pitch & emotional selling
✔ Handle hot & critical leads personally
✔ Improve WhatsApp & call conversion strategy
✔ Create daily target plan & follow-up system
✔ Maintain CRM & reporting to management
✔ Motivate team to achieve revenue goals
Required Skills
- Strong & confident voice with commanding personality
- Excellent Hindi/Marathi/ English communication
- Strong objection handling skills
- Ability to convince patients for Ayurvedic treatment enrollment
- Target-driven & revenue-focused mindset
- Team handling & motivational skills
- Strong closing techniques

Salary & Incentives
