Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Representatives to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving concerns, and delivering an exceptional customer experience through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow-up actions.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when required.
- Meet individual and team performance targets.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Follow company processes and maintain compliance with service standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with MS Office.
- Prior experience in customer service, international voice process, or BPO is preferred but not mandatory.
