Zarnik Hotel Supplies is a B2B hospitality supplies company serving 150+ independent hotels every month across India, with export operations to international buyers under our Virucha brand. We work closely with hotels to keep their operations running smoothly by supplying everything they need, on time, every time.
About the Role
We're looking for an Operations Executive to manage the backbone of our order fulfillment, from stocking the right inventory to getting orders out the door and billed correctly. This is a hands-on role for someone who's organized, detail-oriented, and takes ownership of getting things right the first time.
What You'll Do
- Plan and make purchases based on stock levels and upcoming order demand
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and on time
- Generate and manage customer invoices and supplier invoices
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in operations, warehouse management, inventory, or a similar role
- ERPNext or inventory management software experience preferred, but not mandatory. We'll train you on our systems
- Strong attention to detail, especially with stock counts, packing accuracy, and invoicing
- Ability to plan ahead and avoid stockouts or delays
- Organized and dependable, comfortable owning a process end-to-end
