Job Description:
We are hiring Thai Language Specialists for an international customer support process with Transcom for Beiersdorf – The Inventors of Modern Skincare.
The role involves handling customer interactions through calls, emails, and chat support while delivering excellent customer service experience in both English and Thai language.
Eligibility Criteria:
Excellent English communication skills (C1 level mandatory)
Thai language proficiency mandatory (B1/B2 level)
Thai language certification mandatory
Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply
Graduation and undergraduate candidates eligible
Comfortable working in 24/7 rotational shifts including early morning shifts
Strong communication and customer handling skills required
Shift Details: 24/7 rotational shifts 5.5 working days per week 9-hour shift
Salary Details: Freshers: Up to 6 LPA
Experienced Candidates: Up to 12 LPA
Hike up to 30% on last drawn CTC (up to 16 LPA)

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹130,000.00 per month
