About the Role:
Provide service to internal and external NA clients, addressing their requirements according to their needs and our policies, through the timely and accurate accounting of invoices/credit notes. Ensure the quality of key indicators and address any specific requests regarding misunderstandings or balance discrepancies. Additionally, leverage automation and process improvement to conduct them more efficiently, promoting continuous improvement. Provide support for specific projects related to the area when required and assist in the operational management of the team.

Key Responsibilties:
- Execute activities and processes for medium complexity companies.
- Understand the E2E process and the impact within the same workflow, evaluate and propose improvements in the process.
- Provide high quality and timely services, in accordance with established work procedures and in accordance with BASF policies, FRC and legal requirements.
- Give support in the induction of new income to the team through the transfer of adequate knowledge.
- Projects: exposure to projects of small complexity and/or size.
- Support the team in the Audit (internal and external)
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in commerce, administration or relevant domain.
- Min 3-5 years of experience in similar field.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural, fast-paced global environment
- High attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a Global Business Services (GBS) or Shared Services Centre (SSC) environment
- Prior exposure to chemical, manufacturing, or industrial sector
- Familiarity with process excellence methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma)
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Reporting & Analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
