Hello,
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR cum Admin Executive with 1 to 2 years of professional experience to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with a solid foundation in core HR functions and a proactive mindset to contribute to key people operations. The candidate should demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, a keen understanding of HR processes, and a commitment to continuous improvement. Immediate joiners will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including drafting job descriptions, sourcing
candidates, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews.
Coordinate interview schedules, maintain candidate databases, and ensure recruitment
records are up to date.
2. Onboarding & Employee Induction
Facilitate smooth onboarding processes by managing documentation, coordinating
orientation programs, and preparing welcome kits.
Ensure new hires have a positive and structured onboarding experience.
3. HR Operations & Documentation
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in compliance with company policies
and data privacy regulations.
Support the preparation of HR documents such as offer letters, confirmation letters, and
performance-related communications.
4. Reporting & Data Management
Generate HR reports related to hiring, employee engagement, and training.
Assist in maintaining HR dashboards and providing data-driven insights for process
improvement.
5. Administration & Facility Management
- Support day-to-day administrative operations and ensure smooth office functioning.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and office maintenance teams.
- Manage office supplies, stationery inventory, and asset records.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, meetings, and company events.
- Handle travel arrangements, courier services, and other administrative requirements as needed.
- Ensure workplace compliance with company policies, safety standards, and office procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of relevant HR experience (internships and project-based roles included).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and industry best practices.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- A positive, collaborative attitude and a desire to grow professionally.
- Working Days: Monday to Friday
- Salary: 25K (Depends on interview performance and candidate profile)
