Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Staff Nurse to join our Skin & Hair Clinic. Candidates with prior experience in dermatology, cosmetology, aesthetic procedures, or skin and hair treatment centers will be given preference. The ideal candidate should possess excellent patient-care skills, attention to detail, and the ability to assist doctors during various dermatological and aesthetic procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist dermatologists and aesthetic physicians during skin and hair treatments.
- Prepare patients for consultations, procedures, and follow-up care.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments as directed by the doctor.
- Assist in procedures such as PRP, GFC, laser treatments, chemical peels, microneedling, and hair restoration therapies.
- Monitor patients before, during, and after procedures.
- Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation.
- Ensure proper sterilization and infection-control protocols.
- Educate patients regarding post-treatment care and follow-up schedules.
- Manage clinic inventory, consumables, and medical equipment.
Qualifications
- GNM, B.Sc. Nursing, or equivalent nursing qualification.
- Valid nursing registration.
- Minimum 1–3 years of nursing experience preferred.
- Experience in a dermatology, cosmetology, skin, or hair clinic is highly preferred.
Skills Required
- Strong patient-care and communication skills.
- Knowledge of dermatology and aesthetic procedures.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment.
- Professional appearance and patient-friendly attitude.
- Basic computer skills for maintaining patient records.
Preferred Candidates
- Nurses with prior experience in skin, hair, cosmetic, or aesthetic clinics.
- Candidates familiar with PRP, laser, and other dermatology procedures.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
Salary: As per experience and industry standards.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
