Operations Manager – Pharma Industry
Job Description:
- Manage and oversee day-to-day pharmaceutical operations and production activities.
- Ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery timelines are achieved.
- Coordinate with Production, QA, QC, Warehouse, Regulatory Affairs, and Supply Chain teams.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, SOPs, and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Monitor manpower, raw materials, inventory, and operational efficiency.
- Identify operational issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Control operational costs and improve productivity and processes.
- Prepare MIS and operational reports for management.
- Ensure smooth coordination between different departments.
- Lead and motivate the operations team to achieve organizational goals.
Experience: 8–10 Years
Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Tech / relevant qualification

Location: Delhi/NCR
Pay: ₹15,317.02 - ₹58,675.65 per month
