Job Title: Brand Advisor (VBA) – Vivo
Location: Siliguri & Hills Region (Bardhhaman Road, Champasari & Fulbari)

Job Summary:
The Brand Advisor (VBA) will represent Vivo at retail outlets across Siliguri and Hills region, driving sales and ensuring strong brand presence. The role requires active customer engagement, product demonstration, and adapting to diverse market conditions across plain and hill areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell Vivo smartphones at assigned retail stores
- Deliver excellent customer experience through effective communication
- Explain product features and compare with competitor brands
- Achieve assigned sales targets consistently
- Maintain store display, branding, and visibility standards
- Coordinate with retailers for stock availability and product placement
- Travel across Siliguri and nearby hill locations as assigned
- Share regular market feedback and competitor insights
- Maintain daily sales and attendance reports
Key Skills Required:
- Strong communication skills (Hindi/Bengali; Nepali is an added advantage)
- Sales-focused and target-driven mindset
- Good understanding of smartphones and technology
- Ability to work in field conditions and travel frequently
- Strong interpersonal and convincing skills
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary / Graduate
- Experience in mobile retail sales preferred
- Freshers with good communication skills can apply
