Financial Architecture & Design: Lead the design and configuration of the General Ledger, ensuring the Chart of Accounts (COA) is optimized for both operational efficiency and executive reporting.
Legacy Data Migration: Spearhead the migration of master data and opening balances . You will be responsible for mapping legacy data to BC Posting Groups (G/L, Customer, Vendor, Bank) and ensuring data integrity during the transition.
Dimensions Strategy: Design a robust Dimensional framework (Global & Shortcut) to replace rigid legacy folder structures, enabling multi-dimensional financial analysis.
Localization & Tax: Configure AU-specific tax requirements (GST/BAS) and ensure compliance with local financial regulations.
Process Automation: Set up AP/AR automation, Bank Reconciliations (including Yodlee/AMC feeds), and Payment Journal workflows.
Governance & Control: Define and implement Approval Workflows and internal financial controls to ensure audit-readiness.
Go-Live Leadership: Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), lead end-user training sessions, and provide high-touch support during the critical cut-over period.
