Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Customer Relationship Manager to oversee and enhance client engagement and ensure smooth coordination between sales, project execution, and customer support teams. The ideal candidate will play a key role in the deployment of EV charging infrastructure projects, driving client satisfaction and project transparency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with a Sales team and the Project team to facilitate seamless rollout of EV charging infrastructure.
- Collaborate closely with the CRMS team for data validation, project tracking, and efficient client account management.
- Manage communication channels related to project timelines, payment collections, and customer updates.
- Ensure real-time sharing of project updates across departments to enhance transparency and workflow alignment.
- Track the status of ongoing projects and assist the CRMS team with approvals for discounts and project cost validations.
- Strengthen customer engagement through proactive support and regular project status feedback.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer relationship management or similar client-facing roles.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple teams and align cross-functional workflows.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with CRM systems and project tracking tools is a plus.
