Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Site Sales Executive to manage on-site sales activities for residential and commercial real estate projects. The candidate will be responsible for handling walk-in clients, conducting site presentations, explaining project details, and assisting customers throughout the sales process to achieve booking targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend walk-in customers and generate sales enquiries at the project site.
- Explain project details, amenities, pricing, payment plans, and offers to prospective buyers.
- Conduct site visits and property presentations for clients.
- Maintain regular follow-up with interested customers for conversion.
- Coordinate with pre-sales and marketing teams for lead management.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned by management.
- Prepare daily sales reports and customer feedback reports.
- Maintain professional appearance and customer service standards at the sales office.
- Build strong customer relationships for referrals and repeat business.
Qualification:
- Graduate in any discipline preferred.
- MBA / Marketing background will be an added advantage.
Experience:
- 1 to 4 years of experience in real estate sales preferred.
Pay: ₹10,526.94 - ₹34,186.48 per month
