Key Responsibilities:Sales
- Identify and approach new customers in industrial sectors for laser marking, welding, and cutting machines.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations and quotations.
- Follow up with leads, negotiate, and close orders.
- Attend trade shows/exhibitions and represent the company.
Or Service & Support
- Installation, commissioning, and testing of laser machines at customer sites.
- Provide training and demonstrations to customers on machine operation.
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain machines (remote and on-site).
- Coordinate with the factory team for spare parts and upgrades.
Requirements:
- ITI/Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical / Electronics / Mechatronics / Instrumentation.
- 1–5 years’ experience in laser machines / CNC / industrial automation.
- Freshers with strong technical interest and willingness to travel can also apply.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel across India.
