About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and trustworthy Personal Assistant to support the Managing Director in handling day-to-day business operations, scheduling, communication, and coordination across multiple projects including interior design, real estate, and business development activities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Executive Support
Manage MD’s daily schedule, meetings, and appointments
Coordinate internal and external meetings
2. Communication Management
Handle emails, calls, and WhatsApp communication professionally
Draft emails, proposals, and official documents
Coordinate with clients, vendors, and team members
3. Business Coordination
Follow up with:
Interior project teams
Site supervisors
Vendors & suppliers
Track project timelines and report delays/issues
4. Documentation & Reports
Maintain:
Client records
Project files
Financial/basic expense reports
Assist in preparing:
Presentations
Quotations
Business proposals
5. Personal Support
Handle personal scheduling and tasks of MD
Manage confidential information securely
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
