Position Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented HR Intern / HR Executive to support our Human Resources team in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR operations, and day-to-day administrative activities. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of HR experience who are looking to build a career in Human Resources.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Assist in campus hiring and internship programs.
Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle
- Support employee onboarding and induction.
- Prepare offer letters, internship letters, and HR documentation.
- Collect and verify joining documents.
- Maintain employee records and personnel files.
HR Operations
- Update and maintain HR databases and MIS reports.
- Assist in attendance and leave record management.
- Coordinate employee confirmations and document management.
- Ensure HR documentation is accurate and up to date.
Employee Engagement
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, celebrations, and recognition programs.
- Support internal communication initiatives.
- Help create a positive employee experience across all locations.
Compliance & Administration
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures.
- Support other HR and administrative tasks as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR (completed or pursuing) is an added advantage.
- Freshers or candidates with 0–1 year of HR experience are welcome to apply.
- Internship experience in HR will be preferred.
Skills Required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to multitask.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
