Job Summary
Price Watch, a subsidiary of Beroe, is looking for an HR Operations Executive to support day-to-day HR activities and ensure smooth execution of HR processes. The role involves maintaining employee records, coordinating with internal teams, and supporting HR operations and administration for efficient workplace functioning.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update employee records in HR systems and HRMS Tools.
- Experience in Analytics Hiring and Recruitment.
- Coordinate with payroll and finance teams to ensure for operational activities.
- Handle employee queries related to attendance, leave, benefits, and HR policies.
- Coordinate with TA Team, L& D and Employee Engagement for operational activities.
- Oversee office administration, facility management, housekeeping, and vendor operations.
- Maintain office infrastructure, security, access control, and maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with Finance, IT, Admin, and leadership to support HR and operational needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (MBA in HR or related field preferred).
- 2–4 years of experience in HR Operations / Recruitment or Generalist roles.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS tools (e.g., Zoho People, Darwinbox, SAP, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle confidential information responsibly.
