Job Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers with pending or overdue accounts.
- Negotiate practical payment plans or settlements within company rules.
- Update the computer system with accurate payment notes and call results.
- Follow up on broken payment promises via phone.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recovery and call volume goals.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
