About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Business Development Executive to drive sales and client acquisition for our Digital Marketing, Website Development, and Mobile App Development services. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in IT or digital services sales, possess strong communication and negotiation skills, and be comfortable conducting field visits to meet prospects and close deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, field visits, and lead follow-ups.
- Identify and acquire clients for:
- Digital Marketing Services
- Website Design & Development
- E-commerce Development
- Mobile App Development
- SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, and Branding Services
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and requirement-gathering sessions.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales presentations.
- Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close deals.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Coordinate with internal delivery teams to ensure smooth project onboarding.
- Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM regularly.
- Achieve monthly revenue and client acquisition targets.
- Attend field meetings and client visits across Kolkata and nearby areas as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–3 years of proven experience in selling Digital Marketing, Website Development, IT Services, Software Solutions, or Mobile App Development services.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and web/mobile development services.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to independently manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Strong prospecting and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Mandatory Requirements
- Must own a bike and possess a valid driving license.
- Must be willing to travel for client meetings and field visits.
- Must be comfortable meeting business owners, decision-makers, and corporate clients.
- Experience in B2B sales.
