Job Summary
The Internal Technical Sales Executive is responsible for supporting the sales team by providing technical information about products and services, preparing quotations, coordinating with customers, and assisting in converting enquiries into orders. The role involves handling customer requirements, providing technical solutions, and ensuring smooth communication between customers and the production or engineering teams
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer enquiries and provide technical product information.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and cost estimates based on customer requirements.
Coordinate with production, engineering, and dispatch teams for order execution.
Maintain regular communication with customers regarding order status, specifications, and delivery schedules.
Support the external sales team with technical documentation and product details.
Prepare sales reports, enquiry tracking, and order follow-up.
Maintain customer records and update CRM or sales databases.
Assist in identifying new sales opportunities through customer interaction.
Ensure customer satisfaction by providing quick and accurate responses.
Required Skills
Good technical knowledge of products or engineering components.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to understand technical drawings and specifications.
Knowledge of quotation preparation and cost calculation.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and ERP systems.
Qualification
B.E / B.Tech in Engineering or relevant technical field
Experience
0 – 3 years of experience in technical sales or inside sales, preferably in manufacturing or Pump engineering industry.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
