Job Title: Client Success Specialist
Location: Remote
Experience: 3–5 years of experience in Client Servicing, Client Success, or Account Management heading Digital Marketing Companies
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage multiple client accounts and maintain client relationships.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients.
- Coordinate with SEO, Performance Marketing, Social Media, Creative, and Web teams.
- Monitor campaign performance and share reports with clients.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects and resolve client queries.
- Identify opportunities to improve client retention and account growth.
Qulification & Skills
- Knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Social Media, Branding, and Website Projects.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Business Suite.
- Strong communication, presentation, organizational, and project coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and work with cross-functional teams.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
