Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Production Supervisor role based in Gondal. The Production Supervisor will oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensuring that hydraulic pumps and components are produced according to quality standards, safety guidelines, and delivery schedules. Responsibilities include planning and allocating work, monitoring production output, coordinating with maintenance and quality teams, and resolving operational issues on the shop floor. The role also involves supervising and guiding production staff, maintaining documentation and reports, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring adherence to ISO procedures and company policies.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong production and manufacturing supervision skills, including workflow planning, line balancing, and productivity monitoring.
- Candidates should possess skills in quality assurance and process control, such as understanding of ISO standards, inspection procedures, and root cause analysis.
- Candidates should possess skills in team leadership and people management, including shift supervision, training, performance feedback, and conflict resolution.
- Candidates should possess skills in safety and compliance, including knowledge of workplace safety practices, equipment handling, and regulatory adherence.
- Candidates should possess basic technical and mechanical understanding related to hydraulic components, machining processes, and production equipment.
- Candidates should possess strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to coordinate across production, maintenance, and quality teams.
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field is preferred; prior experience in manufacturing or hydraulics will be an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Gondal, manage shifts as required, and adapt to a fast-paced, continuous improvement–oriented environment.
Salary: 35k to 45k per month
Pay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
