Job Description
- SME for end-to-end vendor master data management ensuring accuracy, compliance, and SLA adherence.
- Define and enforce data governance frameworks, policies, and standard operating procedures.
- Monitor KPIs such as turnaround time, accuracy, backlog, and drive continuous improvement.
- Manage team performance, workload distribution, and quality assurance activities.
- Oversee risk and compliance controls related to sensitive vendor data changes.
- Drive automation, transformation initiatives, and process standardization across operations.
- Engage with stakeholders and leadership for strategic alignment and vendor master improvements.
- Ensure audit readiness and provide oversight governance for all vendor master activities.
- Drive vendor master strategy and operations leveraging expertise in SAP ECC/S4 HANA systems.
- MIS reporting and proactively identifying data duplicates
- Proactive data analysis and identify need to data cleansing and enrichment.
- Accurate and timely processing of activities within agreed TAT.
- Perform Process Controls & documentation, Quality Check. etc.
- SOP documentation during KT and during BAU, capturing all the rules and exceptions in the process. This is an ongoing activity that demands good analytical and writing skills
- Understanding of the process and nuances of different entities, understanding of entity specific norms etc.
