Full job description

What you’ll do:

The Analyst – Enterprise Performance Reporting role is responsible for designing, developing, maintaining, and enhancing enterprise-wide reporting and analytics solutions that support business decision-making.
The analyst will work closely with business stakeholders, data engineers, and cross-functional teams to transform data into actionable insights through dashboards, reports, and performance metrics.
This person will also be significantly involved in the development of senior management presentations including Finance, Operations, Marketing and others as necessary.
The aim is to provide enhanced data-driven insights into finance function.
Professional will also support plant & division in routine financial analysis & reporting as required. Assignments will include planned and ad-hoc projects."
Develop and maintain business intelligence dashboards, reports, and scorecards using tools such as Power BI, Snowflake, SQL, and other analytics platforms.
Gather and document business requirements and translate them into reporting and visualization solutions.
Analyze large datasets to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and performance drivers.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across reporting solutions.
Collaborate with business partners to define KPIs and reporting standards.
Support month-end, quarter-end, and annual reporting activities.
Automate manual reporting processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
Perform data validation, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for reporting issues.
Prepare presentations and executive-level summaries to communicate insights effectively.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the reporting and analytics ecosystem.

Qualifications:

Requirement:

Master in Business Administration- Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics Graduate with core-finance experience
Accounting major (B.Com) & CA/ICWA/CFA
3-5 years of experience – Business Intelligence solutions like Power BI

Finance & Data Analytics Transformation:

Leverage Cloud & BI Tools: Utilize Power BI, SQL, and cloud-based financial systems to create real-time financial dashboards and automate reporting.
Financial Data Application and Insights: Work with large datasets across multiple platforms to enable self-service analytics for business leaders.
Data Modelling & Visualization: Build predictive models and data visualization frameworks to support strategic finance initiatives.
Collaboration with Digital Finance: Work closely with Digital Finance and Innovation team to apply structured financial datasets and analytical solutions to FP&A processes, ensuring business impact.
