Soft Skills Facilitator

Salary: ₹28,000 – ₹35,000 CTC per month
Job Summary:
Udayan Care is looking for a passionate Soft Skills Facilitator to train and mentor youth in communication, workplace readiness, personality development, and employability skills. The role focuses on preparing students for successful careers through interactive training, counseling, and placement support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver soft skills training on communication, workplace behavior, personality development, and job readiness.
- Conduct mock interviews, resume writing sessions, and career counseling.
- Assess student progress and provide individual guidance.
- Support student enrollment, engagement, and placement activities.
- Plan and conduct workshops, educational activities, and events.
- Maintain attendance, training records, and weekly reports.
- Coordinate with program teams to ensure effective training delivery.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and motivating learning environment.
Requirements:
- Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline.
- 6 months to 2 years of relevant experience in training, teaching, counseling, or the social sector.
- Soft Skills Training certification preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Good report writing and documentation skills.
- Willingness to travel within Delhi/NCR.
- Passion for youth development and community engagement.
