Key Responsibilities
- Department Rotations: Complete structured training across core business functions including sales, marketing, operations, finance, and human resources.
- Executive Shadowing: Observe experienced department heads to absorb company protocols, daily management methods, and strategic decision-making styles.
- Operations Support: Help supervisors set performance goals, manage shift scheduling, audit inventory, and run daily operations smoothly.
- Data Analysis: Collect and analyze performance data, tracking business revenue to identify workflow bottlenecks and structural optimization opportunities.
- Project Management: Own and execute strategic cross-functional projects, managing timeline scope, resource allocations, and deliverables.
- Reporting & Presentation: Draft detailed performance summaries and deliver data-driven business presentations directly to senior executive boards.
- Performance Evaluations: Partner with supervisors to assess employee productivity, design evaluation rubrics, and implement quality controls.
- Talent Management: Support the HR department by screening incoming resumes, running candidate interviews, and managing onboarding modules.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a highly relevant commercial field.
- Professional Experience: Entry-level fresh graduates up to 1 year of professional corporate or internship experience.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in office software suites like Microsoft Excel, presentation tools, and data analytics software.
- Analytical Thinking: Proven capability to interpret complex data dashboards and distill information into clear, actionable business insights.
- Communication Mastery: Excellent verbal, written, and collaborative interpersonal skills to manage diverse corporate stakeholders.
- Adaptable Agility: High flexibility to quickly transition across diverse departments, absorb unfamiliar tasks, and handle fast-paced pressure.
- Leadership Potential: Active involvement in university student councils, club leadership roles, or impactful extracurricular management initiatives.
