Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve premium quality coffee, beverages, and café menu items with consistency.
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other café equipment efficiently.
- Maintain high standards of presentation, taste, and service.
- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the café, coffee station, and equipment.
- Handle billing/POS operations and manage customer orders accurately.
- Monitor stock levels and inform management about shortages.
- Follow café SOPs, recipes, and quality standards.
Skills Required
- Good knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and latte art.
- Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
- Well-groomed with a professional appearance.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced premium café environment.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Basic billing/POS knowledge preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
