Job Title: Sales Support Executive
Job Profile
- Manage client escalations - recording in CRM, working with the team & client to identify the corrective action and completing the identified actions to close escalations
- Support the sales team in order creation & amendment, responding to customers on order status, expediting urgent deliveries, coordinating sample approval
- Upload invoices in customer CRM systems & resolving any invoice / gst / outstanding balance enquiry from the customer
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales support
- Exposure to Corporate supplies / eCommerce will be an added advantage.
Qualification & Skills
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
- Ability to manage targets, priorities, and deadlines effectively.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
