Looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Telemarketing Executive to promote our domestic and international tour packages. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam, strong convincing ability, and a passion for sales and customer service.
Responsibilities
- Contact potential customers through phone calls and follow-ups
- Explain tour packages, offers, and travel services clearly to customers
- Generate leads and convert inquiries into bookings
- Maintain customer database and daily call reports
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information
- Coordinate with the sales and operations team for smooth booking processes
- Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets
- Build and maintain good customer relationships
