Job Responsibilities:
- Handle sales leads from social media, website, WhatsApp, and calls
- Respond to and manage queries from existing and potential customers
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
- Follow up on leads to convert inquiries into sales
- Coordinate with internal teams for orders and after-sales support
- Maintain records of leads, customer interactions, and sales status
- Ensure a smooth and professional customer experience
Key Skills Required:
- Fluency in Hindi and basic level of English
- Sales-oriented with strong follow-up abilities
- Experience with online leads / CRM / WhatsApp Business is a plus
- Customer-focused, polite, and solution-oriented
